RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Charges applicable:
– cancellation on or before 31 July 2026 – 25% of registration amount
– cancellation Between 01 August and 31 August 2026 – 50% of the registration amount
– cancellation Between 01 September and 15 September 2026 – 75% of the registration amount
– cancellation After 15 September 2026 – 100% of registration amount and No refund will be applicable.

NOTE :
1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the conference secretariat.
2. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after completion of the conference.
3. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the organizers (including government restrictions, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or force majeure events), the organising committee reserves the right to modify the conference format, dates, or refund policy as deemed necessary.
4. For refund purposes, the registration fee must be paid by the applicant/delegate from their own account. Any eligible refund will be processed only to the same account from which the payment was originally received. No refunds will be made to any third-party account.
